This wedding was unlike any other wedding I've ever photographed... why? Because it was a SUPRISE!

All of Josh and Quana's family and friends (with the exception for about 8 people - not including the bride's dad and sister!) were under the impression that they would be surprising the couple with an engagement party, but in wonderful April 1st fashion, they arrived and said "WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!! TODAY!!!"

Best April Fools Day prank EVER!

They started the day at Quana's friend's beautiful house - one of the few people who knew the plan!!

Quana's best friend Jessica drove up from Oklahoma to officiate the wedding, and helped also with the important task of helping her get into her wedding gown. It was such a special moment to witness between them.

The next precious moments - the reveals!

While everyone else left for The Handlebend Building, we went out to one of Quana's favorite places - her dad's land "Gene Acres" - for some pre-surprise portraits!

Now, the moment you've all been waiting for... SURPRISE!!!!!

The guests were all so, so excited and most definitely surprised. Once everyone had settled down a bit, it was time to head away from Handlebend Tap's delicious mules and cocktails, back into the event space for the ceremony and reception!

An absolutely beautiful, fantastic day! Cheers to Mr & Mrs Wheeler!!!
